(Port-of-Spain, Trinidad) --- Heads shook in disdain around the country last week as the news broke that an entry level junior staffer had been appointed as Director of the Security Intelligence Agency (SIA).

Reportedly, 31 year-old Reshmi Usha Ramnarine who had been attached to the SIA for the past four years as a Communication Technician was appointed to head the agency on the advice of Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar.
